What We Do

Project & Strategy Planning

We bring disciplined execution to complex initiatives. Our certified project managers use proven frameworks and real-world experience to guide projects from concept to completion… on time, on budget, and in scope. We help organizations prioritize, plan, and deliver with confidence and clarity.

Business Analytics & Marketing

Data is only valuable when it informs action. We help organizations translate analytics into insight… turning trends, behaviors, and operational metrics into smarter marketing and branding strategies. Our approach drives efficiency, sharpens messaging, and demonstrates measurable ROI.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

DEI isn’t a checkbox… it’s a mindset shift. We go beyond representation to focus on long-term, transformational change. Through strategy, coaching, and facilitated dialogue, we help organizations build inclusive cultures where equity is practiced, not just promised.

Public Speaking & Training

Dr. Emad Rahim delivers powerful keynotes rooted in lived experience and leadership expertise. From commencements to corporate events, Emad brings authenticity and depth to every stage. We also offer workshops and training… both online and in-person. On topics like DEI, leadership, change management, branding, and more.

~ Arel Moodie

"Dr. Rahim worked on a diversity and inclusion project for my university. His leadership on the project helped get buy-in from multiple senior leaders in different departments, which can be pretty difficult given their priorities, budget, and self-interest. We were very pleased with the results of his service and professionalism on the project.”

~ Dr. Darrell Burrell
Site Director, Florida Institute of Technolgy

“From planning to implementation, they were hands-on and strategic in their approach. Communication was consistent and reliable on our projects.”
