Today, he’s an award-winning educator, acclaimed author, and globally recognized motivational speaker. With over 15 years of leadership across education, government, and nonprofit sectors, Dr. Rahim blends academic insight with lived experience to inspire lasting change. .
A TEDx speaker and advocate for education, entrepreneurship, and equity, his story has been featured in Forbes, HuffPost, StoryCorp and PBS’s Against the Odds. His voice doesn’t just inspire… it empowers.

“Your past doesn’t define you… your purpose does.”
